Offering a bold degustation menu that highlights regional Victorian ingredients and Australia’s finest wines, the menu is modern fine dining at its best, only enhanced by spectacular views of Melbourne 300-metres above sea level. 

Guests can choose between five-course lunches or five- or seven-course dinners designed by Executive Chef Renee Martillano. Renee’s ever-changing chef’s seasonal tasting menus are built around the best of local produce ensuring customers a rich local experience with a unique view.
